Position Summary

The Paint Maintenance Coordinator will coordinate Paint Maintenance activities related to the support

and success of the Paint department’s day-to-day operations. Areas of responsibility will include Burn

Off, Solvent Recovery/Storage, Cleaning Crew and Paint Maintenance Technical Technicians.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Previous Coordinator /Team leader / leadership experience mandatory. Needs to be a self-

starter and complete tasks unsupervised.

 Responsible for the safety and supervision of up to 18 associates.

 Must have thorough understanding and commitment to MAS-USA policies and procedures.

 Must be available to work weekends / shutdown periods.

 Assign work direction as needed.

 Train associates to safely and successfully complete tasks.

 Maintain and order proper inventory of necessary spare parts, tools and consumables

needed to complete necessary tasks.

 Work with Engineering staff to improve techniques and best practices related to areas of

responsibility.

 Ensure PMs are completed by assigned technicians in a timely manner.

 Build /maintain relationships with vendors / suppliers.

 Must be flexible to work additional hours as required. As well as flexibility to shifting hours

due to production requirements. Mandatory weekend work is a requirement for this

position.

 Other duties as assigned

 Previous Coordinator /Team leader / leadership experience mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
