Key Qualifications:
- 5 years of instructional design experience writing curriculum, as well as building and delivering training content in the tech industry for a global audience
- Experience supporting a customer-facing team or role
- Excellent understanding of the latest thinking in adult learning concepts and techniques
- Expertise in course facilitation
- Excellent multitasking, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Familiarity with multimedia tools such as (but not limited to) HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Keynote, Articulate Storyline, and Final Cut Pro
- Experience authoring content for/within a Content Management System and administering a Learning Management System is a plus
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS or equivalent experience. Human Resources degree is a plus
- Works on problems of moderately diverse scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
- Exercises discretion and judgement to determine appropriate course of action
- Builds productive working relationships internally and externally
