About the Role:
The Coach Support Specialist (CSS) is a core part of the MindRight team and service delivery model. The CSS monitors and provides support and guidance to Coaches as they provide nonclinical coaching to members during their evening coaching sessions (between 5-9pm ET). The CSS will step-in when they have assessed the need to do so and will provide direct support to MindRight members over our web application during escalated or crisis situations to ensure the safety and welfare of the member. CSSs help ensure quality of coaching to our members, provide crisis intervention and stabilization, and case consultation as needed. The CSS collaborates with Coaches, MSW interns, leadership team, other CSSs, and participates in CSS team meetings with the Director of Coaching.

Working remotely
CSSs will work remotely in evenings via our company web application and other web communications tools (Gmail, Slack, etc.). Minimum 8 hours a week (four 2-hour shifts per week including one weekend shift). Hours are between 5-9pm ET Mon-Sunday.
Compensation
The CSS role is an independent contractor role, paid hourly at $50 per hour.
