Mindful Care is Hiring a Remote Clinical Intake Specialist
- Perform Initial Evaluations (90791s) for all patients seeking care at Mindful Care
- Become SMEs on the variety of services at Mindful and help formulate Treatment Plans based on individual needs of the patients
- Provide coverage for the Therapy department when needed
- Attend clinical meetings
- Participate in department training and collaborate with other treatment providers
- Following strict ethical and clinical guidelines
- Exhibit a patient-first / patient-focused mentality
- A master’s degree and valid licensure to practice in Illinois
- Strong patient assessment skills, including mental status exam and use of screening tools (PHQ9, GAD 7)
- Knowledge of DSM-V
- Effective communication, patient/customer care, and leadership abilities
- Ability to organize and time-manage
- Team-player
- Desire to work with diverse populations and ages 12-lifespan
- LGBTQ ally, a plus
- Bilingual, a plus
- Type: Regular Full-time, Exempt
- Schedule: Monday/Wednesday 11am-7pm remote, Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 9am-5pm in person
- Location: Hybrid, Fulton Market/Chicago
- $65,000-$75,000 annually
