The Milo Foundation rescues adoptable dogs and cats from high-kill shelters and finds them safe and loving homes. We require a self-motivated and compliance-driven Human Resources Manager to direct and manage many aspects of our organization's HR needs. The successful candidate for this role must possess reliable expertise with current local, state, and federal labor laws and experience with nonprofit business functions. This manager will work directly and cooperatively with other managers and hourly employees as needed to ensure compliance, so that The Milo Foundation functions properly and safely and continues its lifesaving work for countless years to come.
