• We are a home medical equipment company that provides wheelchairs, CPaps and other home medical equipment.

We are currently seeking a Client Care Specialist to join our Homecare Department. This is a full-time position in our Canton, OH location. We are willing to train the right person. Miller's is a flexible work environment that rates very highly for work/life balance. We will also provide training to develop your skills for today and for the future.

In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks, including:·

Communicate by telephone, email, and fax with clients and referral sources

· Help maintain client files with complete documentation and notes

· Help answer questions for clients and referral sources

· Respond to all internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner

· Assist clients in our showroom

· Committed to providing exceptional customer service

Additional Requirements:

· High School degree or GED equivalent (preferred)

· Excellent communication skills – both verbal and writing

· Good phone skills – pleasant personality on the phone

· Interact well with other employees on team

· Kind and empathetic with clients

· Attention to details – must be able to organize duties and follow-up timely
