Miller’s is a renowned name in the Akron, Canton, Cleveland, and Youngstown areas. Our Custom Wheelchair department has expanded to five full-service locations, catering to communities throughout Northeast and Central Ohio. At Miller's, Customer Service is at the heart of everything we do.

We are currently seeking a dynamic and compassionate individual to join our Customer Service team in the Custom Wheelchair Department. This is a full-time position located in our Canton, OH branch, with weekly pay every Friday!

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients and referral sources via telephone, email, in person, and fax
• Maintain comprehensive client files with accurate documentation and notes
• Assist clients and referral sources by addressing inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with Service Technicians to organize schedules and daily service routes
• Provide timely and professional responses to both internal and external customers
• Stay informed about insurance policies relevant to the role
• Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Additional Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent (preferred)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Pleasant and engaging phone manner
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Demonstrated empathy and kindness towards clients
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment
• Proficiency in multitasking, even amidst interruptions
• Keen attention to detail
• Familiarity with insurance regulations preferred, but not required
• Organizational skills with a focus on timely follow-up
• Ability to multitask.
• Critical thinking abilities to make independent decisions
• Willingness to undergo training in relevant areas
