Great position for a high school graduate with 1-2 years of Technical Support experience.

This position will primarily focus on imaging and setting up newly purchased workstations and laptops in a PC/MAC environment. 

Other responsibilities and skills include:

Client desktop systems deployment and administration, mobile device and print management.

Outstanding customer service skills, versatility and breadth of technical skills, strong organizational skills. 

Apply knowledge of Microsoft (Windows) and Apple products (MACs). 

Use and update the Support Ticketing System.
