IAM Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Automating solutions for user onboarding and offboarding
• Enhancing existing onboarding solutions/tools. (Saviynt, OKTA, Active Roles Server)
• Migration of on-premise solutions into AWS
• Build out documentation around processes of various IAM tools.
• Ability to work in a majority SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework for the Enterprise) environment with the flexibility to leverage waterfall project delivery processes when required.
• Resolve identity-related issues across the organization.
• Contribute to strategic roadmaps for IAM systems and programs.
• Conduct regular or emergency maintenance or software upgrades as required
• Support dev/engineering teams
• Continuously work with stakeholders to enhance and evolve the IAM program
• Prepare documentation for audits and acts as POC for audit issues

Must-Have Requirements:

• 5 years of experience managing and maintaining Active Directory, including domain structures and user authentication
• 5 years experience with PowerShell
• A solid conceptual and practical understanding of IAM
• A solid understanding of Web Applications Architecture
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working on an IAM Project

The tools and technologies they should be familiar with:

• MSSQL Server Management studio
• Current Microsoft IDE (Studio/Studio code)
• Scripting languages, such as VB script, PowerShell
• Identity Lifecycle management systems (SailPoint, Okta, Azure AD)

Specific Experience with any of the following technologies is a plus:

• Okta platform
• ServiceNow
• GitHub
• Data Flows / SSIS
• Oracle SQL Developer
