- Coordinate and collaborate with facility team members, vendors, and contractors
- Manage direct reports who help maintain facilities, equipment, systems
- Maintain systems for HVAC, cold storage, plumbing, electrical, etc. utilizing contractors
- Track and maintain calibration, maintenance, repairs, costs, budgets, projects, etc
- Coordinate “on call” status for the team to ensure coverage
Requirements
- 3 years managing facilities and/or laboratories (ISO13485 experience is a PLUS)
- Experience managing people and facility projects
- Understand hazardous material handling (bio, chem, rad)
- Knowledgeable of building systems (HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, plumbing, electrical)
