The Industrial Maintenance Manager is a working supervisor position that plans, directs, organizes and supervises the scheduled, preventative, and emergency maintenance for the equipment, building and grounds of the plant. Duties include:

• Provide overall supervision for all maintenance and projects of the facility.
• Manage the power plant and wastewater systems to minimize total consumption and cost.
• Manage the daily repair and preventative maintenance of equipment, scheduling and assigning technicians work orders, enforcing company and department policies, and facilitating continuous improvements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
• 5 years of facilities maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production environment required.
• Strong technical proficiency in key aspects of facility maintenance such as electronics, plumbing, wastewater systems, boilers and other mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
