Milestone Management Partners Inc is Hiring a Remote Customer Support Specialist - Remote/Office

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a Customer Support Specialist, your main responsibility will be providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are promptly addressed and resolved. You will be the main point of contact for all customer support activities, acting as a liaison between customers and the company.

Responsibilities;

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
  • Assist customers with order placement, product selection, and troubleshooting.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement and recommending process changes.

Requirements;

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and systems.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
