Our Remote Customer Travel Specialist business opportunity, allows you to play a pivotal role in crafting remarkable travel experiences for your clients. Responsibilities:

• Organize general client travel inquiries
• Communicate professionally with clientele providing them with a concierge, all-inclusive travel planning experience
• Keep client satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints 
• Create and maintain records of client interactions, travel information and travel documents and follow up accordingly
• Work closely with the fellow agents, leaders and Business Development Managers of our top travel vendors/suppliers to stay up-to-date on service and travel knowledge
• Identify and troubleshoot common travel issues and/or interruptions on behalf of the client 
• Attend daily/monthly travel training and marketing training
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge with the latest travel trends and destinations

• Attributes of flexibility, creativity, self-discipline, strong organizational skills and action-oriented are essential for this role, as the position offers a significant amount of responsibility with accountability for results.
