Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven and energetic professional to oversee and optimize our administrative operations. The Director of Administrative Services will play a crucial role in streamlining processes, managing resources efficiently, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across all administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage due diligence process and communicate with sellers
  • Overseeing business and legal filings
  • Assist in licensure, insurance, and title applications/renewals
  • Support the executive leadership team with administrative matters

Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in administrative roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
