Job Description:
The Restaurant Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This includes managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have previous restaurant management experience, be familiar with Toast POS and Open Table, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager in managing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assisting with scheduling and payroll
