Mike's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning is Hiring a Customer Care Representative Near Edmonds, WA

Mike's Plumbing & Drain Cleaning 20 years of full-service plumbing and drain cleaning, putting customer's needs first!

Mike’s Plumbing is currently seeking an experienced customer care representative to join our ranks. Our team works hard to build lasting relationships with our customers while providing exceptional customer care. This full time position is M-F, 40 hours per week. Overtime is occasionally requested.

Qualifications

- Purpose driven, self-motivated, proactive and ready to learn

- Telephone presence and interpersonal skills

- Excellent communication skills: Written & verbal - Detail oriented with strong prioritization and time management skills

- Identify and prioritize urgent matters

- Adaptable with excellent multi-tasking skills

- Data entry and basic math skills

- Basic computer and software knowledge and skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.)

- Prior scheduling and dispatching experience is a plus

Responsibilities

- Be committed to providing excellent customer service - Communicate with customers via phone and email to determine customer plumbing needs, gather details, providing estimates and prioritizing work load

- Be willing to learn plumbing systems and terminology

- Able to stay organized, prioritize and multi-task in high volume environment

- Enter detailed notes, pictures and documents utilizing a CRM

- Work with the dispatcher/scheduler to schedule customer appointments

- Follow up with customers

- Provide backup dispatching coverage during dispatcher breaks, absences to include advising technicians of changes to work schedules, traffic problems, weather conditions etc.

- Maintain an organized work space, perform miscellaneous clerical and other office duties as needed
