We are a small family owned Nashville based maintenance operation looking to expand. The job posted is for part-time, but we are looking to grow a full-time position for the right person. We work closely with home owners and property managment companies to provide excellent and reliable service all over Nashville.

We pride ourselves on showing up when we say we will and communicating with the customer. We have been in business 4 years, but we carry over 25 years of experience.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our small family business. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for completeing various work orders at various properties within Nashville in a timely manner.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems. This position also require strong communication with our office to ensure each client is kept up to speed. This position also requires reliable transportation.

Duties:

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues; painting/drywall experience is a plus

- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner (properties are all over Nashville)

- Communicate clearly and respectfully with home owners and tenants

- Communicate clearly and respectfully with office staff

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and mileage

Skills:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude

- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals

- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques

- Knowledge of plumbing systems

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Customer service-oriented mindset

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
