Responsibilities
- Perform timely facility maintenance and repairs while maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections, tests, and repairs
- Perform common building repairs such as plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, and doors/windows
Qualifications
- Must have mechanical and technical aptitude
- Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach and lift up to 80 lbs
- Ability to read and write English and perform basic math problems
- Must pass a background check, drug screen and have a valid drivers license with a driving record
