HOA MANAGEMENT is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Knoxville, TN
A West Knoxville Homeowners Association Management Company is in need of a Full Time Maintenance Worker to do general maintenance. This person would need to be able to do roof repairs (and not be afraid to climb a latter), drainage repairs, sheetrock, window & door repairs, siding repairs, gutter repair & gutter cleaning, minor electrical, and minor plumbing repairs. This person would also need to be a good painter. This person will be working at many different locations.
We offer benefits after a 90 day waiting period.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
