Overview

 The Operational Manager will be responsible for daily operations of our clinics and oversight of our medical assistant and radiology technician teams to ensure all expectations of quality care are being met in all centers. This position requires management experience, ability to problem solve, great time management skills, and the ability to lead large teams at multiple locations.Midwest Express Clinic “Best in the Midwest” when it comes to your health care needs. We provide a convenient alternative to an ER visit or doctor’s appointment for illnesses and injuries that are urgent but not emergent. We are family-owned, and one of the fastest growing urgent care chains in the Midwest, with 40 locations between the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana area since our doors opened in 2012. 

Responsibilities

What you will do in this role:

• Provide direct supervision of clinic operations, including but not limited to:
• Marketing, community relations, and outreach.
• Intake and prior authorization.
• Staffing/scheduling.
• Analyze, synthesize, and discuss various metrics for staff and clinics
• Review and discuss appropriate changes to clinic teams and schedules
• Ability to direct a group of team managers
• Availability to float between clinics across the Chicagoland area and be available for meetings outside of the clinic setting as needed 
• Work collaboratively to facilitate the design, development, and implementation of policies, procedures, and practices related to center operations
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office/Google apps
• Resolve staff/clinic conflict/issues
• Manage professional relationships with team members and management teams
• administrative tasks and all other duties as assigned

What qualifications you will need

• Able to work in all Illinois locations
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred, but not required.
• 3 years supervisory and management experience.
