KC Truck Systems, Inc. is looking for a Full Time Automotive Installation Technicians.
The Automotive Installation Tech is responsible for performing all vehicle upfits on Ford Transits, F150's, or other vehicles as outlined by the Upfit Manager and/or the vehicle Build Book. Technicians must be able to interpret both written instructions and diagrams when performing each upfit. A basic understanding of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems is required. Light assembly using small hand tools is required.
KCTS is a state of the art vehicle upfit center where traditional upfit packages are installed. Started in 2017, KCTS strives to the be absolute best upfitter in Kansas City in terms of quality, value, and customer Service. Vehicle Upfits include installing shelving units, Ladder Racks, running boards, Strobe Wiring, Folding Shelves, Van Flooring, Van Interior walls, CrossBed Tool Boxes, etc. on brand new Ford vehicles, and some lightly used trucks and vans.
