What You'll Do:

As a member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of the digital innovation. You'll be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining digital signage equipment in a variety of settings, including corporate offices, retail stores, restaurants, and other commercial establishments. With your background as a TV installer, you will be able to provide TV installation services such as bracket mounting for residential and commercial orders. You will ensure the efficient operation of digital signage equipment and wiring by troubleshooting technical issues, and provide outstanding customer service to our clients.

Duties:

Digital Signage Installation

• Install digital signage displays, media players, and related equipment in accordance with specifications.
• Mount and secure screens to walls, ceilings, or stands, ensuring proper alignment and cable management.
• Configure digital signage software, internet connectivity, and content management.

TV Installation and Setup:

• Install and set up television of various sizes, including mounting TVs on walls and connecting audio-visual components.
• Program remote controls, ensure proper cable connections, and perform quality checks to ensure optimal TV performance.

Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance on digital signage and TV systems to ensure they are in good working condition.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, including hardware and software problems, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.

Customer Service:

• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Provide technical support, answer client inquiries, and offer guidance on system usage.
• Maintain a professional and customer-friendly attitude when interacting with clients.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Keep detailed records of installations, maintenance, and repairs, including parts used and work performed.
• Provide status reports and updates to the supervisor as required.

Compliance and Safety:

• Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices when working with electrical equipment and tools.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for digital signage and TV installations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training in electronics or related fields is a plus
• Be authorized to work in the US
• MUST Have your own working and insured vehicle
• Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting software and WIFI connectivity
• Knowledge of basic tools (drills, wiring, etc)
• Be able to represent yourself in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handling and lifting of parts or materials minimum of 20 lbs lifting/carrying.
• Ability to climb and work on a ladder as high as 8ft.
• Has a flexible schedule but also be available to install early morning i.e. 6:00 am or late night 11:00pm if needed.
• Knowdlege of Slack and CRM Monday.com is a plus

Please keep in mind this is an on-call position, in most situations you will be required to arrive at an installation job at 6:00 am or 11:00pm. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for IT development, and want to make an additional income. We want to hear from you!

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
