Hello Kansas City! We are Warners’ Stellian, the Midwest’s retail appliance specialists based out of St. Paul, MN! Our company has been family owned and operating for over 65 years and we carry over 60 brands of home appliances. We currently have 12 retail locations and this will be our 13th store! We are looking to add to our Warners’ Stellian family. We have positions in sales, service and delivery installation.

*Our grand opening is projected for June, 2024 so we are planning to do in-person interviews mid-April*

A Typical Day Of A Field Install Technician:

• Install appliances at customers’ residence
• Keep company vehicle stocked and clean
• Maintain communication with supervisor and Delivery Coordinators
• Document work order appropriately, including required pictures and customer acknowledgments
• Communicate professionally with customers and vendors
• Collect money from customers when needed
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Maintain and be responsible for all tools

Qualifications You’ll Need:

• Ability to operate a vehicle, drive safely and use navigational tools
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Ability to be professional and provide high level of customer service in interactions with external and internal customers
• Ability to make judgement calls and problem solve in the moment to help customers while being fair to both the customer and the organization
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to be consistent and reliable with attendance, work product, and service level
• Proficient in product knowledge needed for the role
• Ability to perform role in alignment with company values and company policies and procedures
• Heavy Lifting (up to 600 pounds using straps or dolly)
• Able to pass a DOT medical certification
• Physically Fit
