Mid Valley Disposal is currently seeking applicants for our dynamic Operations Team. Are you a dispatcher looking for a position with a consistent schedule and where you can be home each evening with family? Mid Valley Disposal is looking for a motivated employee who would like to join their team. In this role, you will help Mid Valley Disposal by leading a team towards the success of the daily communication with the drivers. The dispatcher is responsible for communicating back and forth with drivers and assist with problem resolution while on route. In addition, create capacity, maximize productivity, and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service to all customers and drivers.

MINIMUM REQUIRED:
Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a benefits package. Salary/Hourly rate will be determined based on experience and training of the candidate. Schedule will be Monday through Friday occasionally Saturday.
