We are an inbound call center that handles emergency calls for Towing Companies, doctors, professional businesses as well as other government agencies. This job requires someone who loves to stay busy and can jump from task to task without skipping a beat.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: Answer all live incoming calls. Capable of handling multiple calls (3-6) at one time. Ability to read and write the English Language. Ability to take accurate messages with all pertinent information as requested by individual clients. Adhere to call handling guidelines required by our internal procedures, including our third-party quality assurance vendor. Ability to work nights and weekends.

Ability to work all holidays (we pay double time for Holiday's). We are a 24/7 operation.

Able to work overtime or longer shifts with little or no notice if requested by a supervisor to ensure adequate coverage for incoming calls. Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS PREFERRED: Able to type 30 words per minute. Bilingual a plus (not required). Open availability (we are a 24/7 company and require open availability for coverage needs). Common sense and Problem-solving skills a must! Capable of multi-tasking and working well under pressure. Must have basic computer skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and be detail oriented. Self-starter. Punctuality and time management. Able to adapt to constant change.

Starting Wage: $16.00 - Employees who work nights and weekends are paid an additional 5% per hour. Employees are paid double time on company recognized holidays.
