JOB TITLE: 
Trolley Maintenance Warehouse Supervisor
DEPARTMENT:

Manager of Trolley Maintenance
PAY RATE: 
$21.00 hourly
Position Close Date: Until Filled
JOB FUCTION: Manages the operations of the warehouse (storeroom). 
 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Shipping, receiving, and stocking parts including labeling.
  2. Conducting quality control on parts received.
  3. Providing parts counter service.
  4. Issuing parts to maintenance personnel.
  5. Placing requisitions and purchase orders for assigned items and completing documentation as required. Matching all requisitions to purchase orders. Tracing open purchase orders that are beyond the required delivery date. Recording part orders and repair orders following proper procedures.
  6. Using enterprise asset management (EAM) tools, including EAM software, to maintain accurate records of asset status and performance. Maintaining files and other physical asset records. Assigning serial and part numbers if needed.
  7. Tracking warranties and warranty claims and ensuring that repairs performed on warrantied assets are compliant with and processed according to active warranties.
  8. Maintaining a clean and orderly storeroom by cleaning and organizing shelves, bins, racks, etc. and ensuring the security of all inventory.
  9.  Ensuring creditability of appropriate information on repair orders.
  10. Monitoring re-order levels and replenishing stock.
  11. Monitoring UST daily; as needed, completing minimum stock and stock exhausted reports.
  12. Receiving and verifying materials and supplies; packing reclamation and returns as needed; arranging for pick-up of materials.
  13. Assume additional responsibilities as required.
  14. Must be willing to comply with the company’s Drug and Alcohol Policy.
  15. Regular and consistent attendance is required.
  16. Must always comply with safety and COVID protocols.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:High school diploma or GED required.
Other:
  1. 3 years storeroom experience and 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
  2. Must be able to operate personal computer equipment including MS/Office programs.
  3. Must be able to comprehend written and oral instructions.
  4. Requires ability to handle numerous activities at one time.
  5. Ability to comprehend and interpret federal, state, and local purchasing regulations, good analytical and organizational skills.
  6. Must possess good oral, written and communications skills. Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to operate a forklift.
Environment:
  1. Frequent walking and standing will be required as well as sitting for periods of time plus bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, and pulling depending on the work to be accomplished. 
  2. Most work will be performed in inside working conditions but should be able to tolerate changes in building environments such as with or without air conditioning or heating and be able to tolerate moderate noise levels in some buildings.
  3. For field work, must be able to withstand exposure to weather, dust, engine fumes and tolerate noise levels ranging from moderate to noisy.
  4. May be required to lift, push, or move up to 70 lbs. as lifting parts and materials overhead is required.
  5. Will need to be able to reach with hands and arms and finger, handle or feel.
  6. Must be able to climb on a ladder or other equipment up to heights as high as the roof of a bus.
  7. The job requires normal visual acuity (close, distance and color vision as well as peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus).
  8. Must have the use of sensory skills (talk and hear) to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public using a telephone, personal contact, or written means of communication.
  9. Physical capability to use and operate office related equipment such as, but not limited to, computer, calculator, copier, and fax machine.
  10. The noise level in the work environment varies from moderate to noisy.
