Job Description: As a Hardware Signal Integrity Intern at Microchip Technology, you will be working in a highly visible role responsible for all Signal Integrity activities in the Hardware Engineering department. It involves next generation storage solution product development, defining the standards, and processes for the SI and PI activities; Analysis of boards, Interconnects and IC Packages; Design recommendations and validation of the designs in the lab. Duties & Responsibilities Signal integrity and power integrity modeling and analysis of high-speed printed circuit boards. Development of SI models for packages, boards, Connectors, cables, vias, interconnects and other components needed for complete SI analysis of end-end design for serial and parallel interfaces. Familiar with lab measurement equipment such as TDR, VNA and high-speed oscilloscope for measurements Requirements/Qualifications: BS or MS in Electrical Engineering Student This position is not eligible for Microchip immigration sponsorship.
