Job Description:
Microchip Technology Inc. is growing and seeking an entry-level HR Generalist to join our team. This position will be onsite at our corporate office in Chandler, Arizona and provide ongoing support to business leaders and employees while working to advance business goals and strengthen the culture and values at Microchip Technology. Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Supporting assigned internal client groups and establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Business Unit (BU) leaders and employees.
Understanding BU challenges/needs while offering support and solutions.
Managing multiple requisitions, conducting interviews, negotiating job offers, and maintaining accurate records and documentation for Affirmative Action and OFCCP compliance requirements.
