Customer Support Specialist

Support Meridian, Idaho Minimum Experience Entry-level Compensation Minimum $18 / hr. DOE PRODUCT SPECIALIST

One of the most important functions in any organization is that of telling the story. As a Product Specialist with Microbe Formulas, you'll engage in helping individuals and practitioners understand what an incredible story we have to tell.

Your answers, empathy, support, and knowledge will be key in changing the wellness trajectory for so many as they leverage our products in their individual and practitioner efforts.

The successful product specialist will dedicate their time to understanding our products, the science behind them, and our audience in a concerted effort to provide the best support as they leverage our products in their wellness efforts.

This entry-level, hourly position is practitioner- and / or customer-facing. This could be the perfect opportunity for individuals pursuing careers in functional medicine, wellness, and health.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE)
