Who You Are:
As the Jr. Graphic Designer, Global Learning & Development - Retail you will help develop and design training programs for Retail Field employees to support the long-term vision of the company. You will be responsible for assisting the department in the ideation and creation of all in-store learning and client outreach tools as they relate to product and selling, globally. An ability to work efficiently with collaborators and execute projects based on a strategic direction is key.
You have a keen eye for design and are familiar with current design trends and best practices for both digital and print. You are passionate about the fashion space and have an understanding of the selling/client experience. Flexibility and supporting creative collaboration cross-functionally are essential to help support the brand’s creation of innovative learning and training tools. Critical thinking, attention to detail, time management, and excellent communication skills are required.
