Miami Life Plastic Surgery is Hiring a Social Media Assistant (Bilingual) Near Miami, FL
Assisting in a range of marketing initiatives within an organization. Your duties include:
- Assisting the sales & marketing Department
- Communicating with Leads as needed via live chat, messages, social media DMs, email, or phone call.
- Data Entry of Leads into our CRM
- Answer FAQ
- Respond to all communications in a clear, professional, and timely manner.
- TikTok & Reels Content Creation.
- Needs to know how to do basic video editing (instagram reels, tiktok)
- Needs to stay up to date with the latest trends
- Come up with content ideas
- Needs to be energized and creative
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- Excellent Customer Service
- Ability to take concise and accurate messages
- Competency and ability to perform multiple functional tasks effectively.
- Solid administrative and writing skills, including writing, proofreading and editing.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
