Ricoma is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. We are looking for creative individuals who have the ability to uphold Ricoma’s social media presence with professionalism, positively engage with customers, and collaborate with team members. Our Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of the company’s social media properties. Job Duties:

• Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity
• Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns
• Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
• Using analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance
• Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts
• Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
• Assist content team in creating any content in the office including TikToks, Reels, IGTV's e.t.c.
• Work closely with other marketing team members to collaborate to create engaging content on social to then share to various groups.

Job Requirements:

• Experience as a social media specialist or similar position
• Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including GMB, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
• Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics and SEO
• Experience doing buyer persona and audience research
• Familiarity with publishing and web design
• Attention to detail, time management skills and exceptional initiative & follow up skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
