Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Strategist to join our team. As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance our online presence and achieve our marketing goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content, monitor social media activity, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay updated on industry trends.
- Monitor social media analytics and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with social media best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to continually improve performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on social media performance, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about relevant industry news, trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
