Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns and strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools, ensuring consistent and timely posting.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate innovative ideas into our social media strategy.
- Assist in coordinating influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach and enhance brand visibility.
- Provide support during live events, product launches, and other marketing initiatives by managing social media coverage and engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content and ideas.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Familiarity with basic graphic design principles and experience using design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
