THE JOB :
It is primary responsibility of the Surveillance Shift Manager to oversee the daily operations of their shift to meet company and departmental practices, procedures, and Gaming Commission regulations.
The Surveillance Shift Manager will assist in overseeing game protection and security of the guest and employee experience.
THE DAY-TO-DAY :
Supervise the operations of the Surveillance Lead Operators and Operators during their shift; including operation of CCTV equipment, writing and preparing daily reports and logs, and maintaining evidence through dubbing and saving video files.
Report equipment repair requests discovered to the technical team.
Attend company-sponsored training classes to assist with department training.
Perform other job-related duties as requested.
