THE JOB:

As a F&B Training Specialist, you will be responsible for becoming a strategic business partner with F&B leadership. You will also set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them for and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING PAY:$22.44

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Build relationships with Food & Beverage leadership to become a strategic business partner and gain insights into F&B operations to understand the functions of all positions within the department.
• Partner with the HR Talent Acquisition Team with status updates, applicant re-positioning, and other common requests.
• Assuring the highest level of guest service is provided through effective and timely training programs to include certification, new hire, and other departmental training as required.
• Assist F&B management in ensuring training, talent development, retention, and staffing goals.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 1 Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Presenting training to adult groups in structured learning situations; using a variety of training methods; management practices, and organizational behavior.
• Takes pride in their work
