THE JOB :

As a Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for providing direction and leadership for the Beverage and Cocktails team consistent with the MGM brand.

You will direct Assistant Beverage Managers and manage the Beverage Staff team to achieve the operational and financial goals of each beverage venue, monitoring the performance, scheduling and training of the staff.

You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY :

  • Responsible for execution of policies, operating procedures, training programs, directives, menus, work schedules, rules, and regulations for the beverage staff.
  • Drive employee engagement through coaching, training, and development.
  • Maintain the highest standards of health, sanitation and cleanliness in all areas of Beverage.
  • Maintain complete knowledge and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons and drunk driving.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

  • Possesses a Bachelor's Degree or at least 4 years of equivalent Food & Beverage experience
  • Has at least 2 years of F&B Management experience
  • Able to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
  • Has experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement
  • Describe themselves as a people-person
