We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative with a focus on being our Accounts Receivable Coordinator to help lead our team. The qualified candidate will have experience in applying payments, account collections. As a member of our team will manage daily account balances for customers, identify delinquent payment situations. Responsible for the collection of delinquent accounts by contacting customers and investigating circumstances of non-payment and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
Research account past due issues, billing disputes, misapplied payments,
Determining root cause issue for late payments and implement problem solving solutions to prevent future late payments from customers.
Providing the highest level of customer service for both internal and external customers.
Handle account balance inquiries
Apply and process customer payments
Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Answer telephone calls and help callers with their needs
Schedule service and delivery appointments
Assist customers with basic service questions and troubleshooting
Accurately and efficiently enter data into a database to help the company track productivity
Assist with basic office daily functions
Qualifications:
At least 1 year customer service in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Advanced, proven experience with Microsoft Excel
High school diploma or equivalent
Accounts Receivable Experience a plus
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to problem solve and make decisions
Willing to learn
Positive attitude
Excellent internal and external communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Friendly and engaging personality
Time management
