Metz Culinary Management in partnership with Chik-fil-A is seeking an assistant Manager for our retail store in FAMU. This is a permanent full time opportunity with room to grow!
The Assistant Manager will assist in the day to day operations, driving results through establishing vision, people development, customer experience, sales and brand growth and financial return.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Restaurant Operations Management Experience
· Food Safety Knowledge and Certification
· Quality Management
· Staffing, Employee Training and Management and HR Functions
· Guest Experience Management
· Cost control
· Inventory, Ordering, Stock Rotation
· Cleanliness, safety and maintenance management
· Ongoing Management Training
· Conduct huddles, meetings and operational awareness
