As Deputy Program Manager, you'll have an Information Technology background and Business Analyst experience. This dual role, Deputy Program Manager and Business Analyst Lead, will be a part of the Program Management Team, providing leadership and support to the agile teams as well as partner with the Program Manager on a variety of program management tasks.

What you'll do:

• Serve as Deputy Program Manager supporting efforts to ensure on time delivery and within budget; coordinate with Program Manager on ad-hoc and high priority requests
• Attending agile ceremonies and providing leadership and guidance throughout
• Communicating with team members, stakeholders, and client leadership to ensure initiatives remain on track and risks are identified and communicated
• Collaborating with other Business Analyst Leads and Program Management Team Members• Provide training and mentorship to internal teams, raising overall cybersecurity awareness and competence throughout the organization.

What you'll need to succeed:

• You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the Information Technology field focusing on projects and UX Design specifically.
• You have a minimum of 3-5 years of project and/or program management experience.
• You have experience with architecture & design experience, including at least three (3) years of experience providing UX Design expertise for enterprise applications on AWS.
• You have experience leading efforts in support of process analysis, improvements, and reengineering.
• You have the ability to partner with the Business to focus on delivering top priorities, establishing minimal viable products (MVPs), and clarifying requirements.
• You are a strong communicator with the ability to brief colleagues, agile teams, and c-suite executives alike.
• You have experience with Agile Coaching and RTE.
• You have the ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability.
