This is an entry level position. The goal is to get promoted to become a Risk Advisor, one of the highest compensation structures in finance. Our Risk Advisor's have the potential to earn between $250k to $500 K , with no ceiling on income.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in driving sales, building our pipeline. . This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and have a passion for sales and business development.

Business Development Specialist (BDS) are responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in Target Accounts for the Risk Advisors.

The BDS manages the inbound & outbound lead activity within the warm leads that are assigned to them, qualifying active interest and developing opportunities for the Risk Advisors.

  • Duties:
  • Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop Target Accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
  • Disseminate opportunities to appropriate Risk Advisors, educating them as necessary about the opportunity.
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects
  • Update lead scoring and prospect interaction in salesforce.com to ensure efficient lead management
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives.
  • Provide closed-loop feedback to ensure continuous process optimization
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to expand professional network
  • Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions

Skills:
A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization; familiarity with marketing automation space a plus.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT:

We offer initial sales training to get you ramped up fast, progressing towards a sales coaching & mentorship program which is the strength of the organization. We have a very impressive Sales Tech Stack to make you as efficient as possible.

You will sit side care & train with the Risk Advisors to learn Risk Finance. Contingent on how well you progress in this position the goal is to get you promoted to a Risk Advisor Trainee which is where the big compensation is.

COMPENSATION:

We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission & bonus.
