We are currently growing and have an opportunity for a Client Care Manager located at our Charlotte, NC office to drive our company sales, assist our clients with all aspects of the sales process, and other assigned responsibilities. Our compensation package includes:
· Base Salary starting at $60K plus 3% Commission on work order sales
· Discretionary monthly performance-based bonus (if profits are met).

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain a schedule to perform audits during meetings with customers to ensure quality and service expectations are met.
· Manage client expectations, understand and communicate contract specifics.
· Make recommendations to clients for improvements to their sites.
· Conduct job site inspections on a frequent basis.
· Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell property enhancements.
· Perform maintenance work in job site as needed (weeding beds, pruning, mulch and pine straw installation, planting seasonal flowers.
Must have the ability to:
· Ability to lift 60-80 pounds.
· Ability to work some weekends as required and in inclement weather.
· Frequently stand, walk, crouch on narrow and/or slippery surfaces.
· Bend, kneel and stoop to pick up or move objects.
· Walk for long distances on sloped and uneven ground.
· Travel approximately 75% of the time in/around the Charlotte, NC area.
Qualifications and Skills:
· 3-5 years of Sales experience/Account Management focused on landscape maintenance.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Well-versed and fluid with spreadsheets, especially Excel.
· Ability to effectively make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
· Ability to organize, plan, and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
· Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees, while maintaining a constant focus on meeting/exceeding requirements and expectations.
· Valid Driver’s license and ability to pass MVR/Background and Drug screening.
