Customer Service Representatives interact with our customers from the time they pull in the carwash until they leave in a shiny, clean car. You will work under site leadership to learn and maintain an excellence-focused team; uphold The Metro Express Car Wash Core Values for customer service and operational excellence.

• Greets and assists customers through the car wash process with a smile and focused attention
• Informs customers about promotions, sales, and memberships according to training standards
• Guides customers through the entrance of the car wash
• Promotes a safety conscious culture and safe working environment
• Ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Participates in facility, equipment, and property maintenance
• Goes above and beyond to help customers, colleagues, and live by the Core Values

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience a plus

Applicants must be over 18 to apply. We do hire for full time positions. Weekends and schedule flexibility is expected. Travel is not expected for this position.
