We are seeking a dynamic field sales manager to join our growing North American sales team. This individual will be someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, is a self-starter with impeccable attention to detail, along with strong written and oral communication skills. This focused field sales manager will hire, train, and supervise a team of account executives. The ideal person will demonstrate an exceptional ability to lead and coach a team in a professional manner. They will be responsible for growing new customer relationships as well as fostering existing relationships. They will drive the field sales strategy for Metrasens ferromagnetic detection systems with their team of account executives. Their responsibilities will include all aspects of managing a sales team as defined below:

The Field Sales Manager's primary workstation will be in a home office setting, located within their assigned region of the US. The individual will travel frequently with their team of account executives, with a majority of their time being spent at a customer and/or prospects’ office or facility.
