Job Description

As a District Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer base across Harrington, NE, and surrounding areas. You will leverage your expertise in seed sales and agronomy to build and maintain strong client relationships, while also focusing on business growth and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing customers, while also prospecting for new clients.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on seed products and agronomic practices to growers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in seed sales.
• Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field.
• Customer service-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of sales success and business growth.

Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $125,000 per year, plus commission. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
