Duties:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Ensure all dishes are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces and equipment
- Empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness of trash area
- Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering setting is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques is a plus
- Must be reliable and punctual
