We are looking for an experienced Solutions Architect to play a key role in designing and implementing solutions that meet our clients' business needs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of successfully architecting and implementing complex solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, understanding business requirements, and designing innovative solutions tailored to address specific challenges in the fintech domain.
• Technical Leadership: Provide strong technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, guiding development teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
• Architecture Development: Develop and maintain architecture artifacts, including solution blueprints, system diagrams, and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering teams, to ensure cohesive and effective solution delivery.
• Client Engagement: Engage with clients to comprehend their technical needs, present proposed solutions, and address any technical concerns or questions related to credit-based fintech solutions.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the organization's architecture and solutions.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with solution implementation, ensuring a smooth and successful delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or a similar role in the credit-based fintech sector.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in Payments and credit-side functions.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are desirable.
• More than 5 years of experience in project and product development.
• Coding/data science skills, including the ability to create dashboards using tools like SQL and Tableau.
