Role Summary
MetaPhase is seeking a junior to mid level Strategic Communications Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of experience to be a part of a federal team supporting the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). This team works closely together to provide change management support for TSA organizational transformation related activities including robust governance processes, technical writing, program management, and task management.
You will support implementation efforts to support the people side of change - supporting our clients as they move from awareness to adoption of new processes and technologies.
What You Will Be Doing

• Develop an OCM Plan to outline the recommended approach and activities to provide strategic stakeholder management, change management and communications support throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Create and execute on a communications plan which establishes a cadence to provide strategic communications for new processes and technologies ultimately embraced by stakeholders throughout Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
• Intake complex concepts and solutions and translate them into multiple types of documents, including but not limited to, policies, plans, requirements, diagrams, operating procedures, and reports.
• Develop training materials, dashboards, process, and briefings.
• Manage problem-solving to provide customized business-focused objective advice, expertise, and specialist skills to create value and improve business strategy, internal processes, and performance.
• Develop ServiceNow stakeholder communication templates and management plans.

In order to execute these duties effectively, individual must be able to:

• Apply strong communication skills to build relationships, connect people, and support team members
• Support communications between internal and external stakeholders
• Develop, edit, and deliver high-quality documentation paying strict attention to detail
• Possess strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills

What We Need From You (Required)

• Due to US government contract requirements, this role will require U.S. citizenship (no exceptions)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Management consulting, Organizational Change management, Project management and/or Operational process improvement.
• Strong research and process analysis and improvement skills
• Experience in skills assessment and analysis of upskilling.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Experience using Adobe, and other relevant tools with strong research experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.s

Bonus Points (Desired)

• Federal consulting experience preferred
• Experience at DHS - Department of Homeland Security is a highly preferred.
• US SECRET clearance preferred.
• An active TSA clearance is preferred.
• ServiceNow experience is preferred

Minimum bachelor's degree in public policy, government, communications or public affairs, English, business and administration or related field (Masters highly preferred)
Clearance Level

• This position requires the ability to obtain DHS clearance "suitability".
• US Citizenship is required.
