Role Overview:
We're looking for motivated Call Centre Representatives to join our team in Cincinnati. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in providing outstanding support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance
• Respond to client emails and online inquiries with accuracy and timeliness
• Schedule appointments for clients and coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth scheduling
• Assist clients with product information, service inquiries, and issue resolution
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be based in or near Cincinnati, Ohio
