Now Hiring for Field Maintenance Technician in Springdale, OH

Shift: 4:00pm-10:00pm, Monday- Thursday $28-$33 

What qualifications do you need:

• High School Diploma or GED; or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (food processing equipment experience desirable).
• Strong pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and industrial skills; experience with PLC’s and VFD’s.
• Ability to weld.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to attendance.
• Ability to perform duties independently or with minimal supervision while maintaining a high degree of integrity.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

What you will be doing:

• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
• Maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of production machines.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.
• Comply with work, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while working indoors and/or outdoors.

• Excellent hand/eye coordination.
• Able to work in a warehouse with temperatures that can range from -10F to above-normal heat conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally above shoulder height.
• Ability to work in an environment with light dust in the air, flashing lights, sirens, horns, and powered moving equipment operating in proximity.
